bubble envelope by USPS mail with delivery confirmation.
No tracking is available with USPS, your item will show as
waiting to ship until its delivered, it will then be
updated with date and time of delivery. We strive to
provide the fastest possible shipping, most orders ship
with-in 24 hours. This means most items are delivered
within 5 business days of order.

guarantee do you offer?
A: Lifetime defect
free guarantee, if the unit is defective or breaks through
normal operation we will gladly replace it upon return.

Q: How hot does the

Q: How do I clean
the Portable Va·por·iz·er™?
A: The Portable
Va·por·iz·er™
is dishwasher safe. Just make sure to dry by hand as soon
as the cycle is over. Even stainless steel can rust a
little so leaving it in the dishwasher for hours while wet
isn't a good idea.
